Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number so may only be redeemed once.

Gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods or services at The Gables Hotel but may not be used at our sister companies.

Gift vouchers can be used in full or part payment; no change will be given.

Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost or stolen and are non-transferable.

No photocopies will be accepted.

The hotel reserves the right to substitute a purchased voucher for a voucher of the same value and to substitute items listed within the voucher for items of equal value.

Most gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, but please check the specific voucher you have for the expiration date. Vouchers may not be redeemed after the expiry date.

Advance bookings may be necessary and the gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher.

Both the booking and the actual visit to the premises must take place within the gift voucher’s redemption period.

Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Gables payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
